Invitations to the Auction are mailed in August to all members and donors of Tall Timbers. Individual dinner tickets for the Auction are $150 (or a Table of Six is $750) and can be reserved by emailing Vann Middleton or call (850) 893-4153 (ext. 343)

If you would like to participate in the golf tournament as a sponsor, there are several ways in which you can do so.
Hole Sponsorships are available for $350. Tax deductible to the extent of the law, hole sponsorships are a great way to enjoy all of the festivities of the two-day event and allows your business/ company prominent visibility to the rest of the patrons. Hole sponsors receive:
- Signage on the Glen Arven Golf Course
- Prominent mention in the program and from the podium

Individual Player Sponsors. The cost for individual players in the tournament is $600. Teams of four can be purchased for $1,500. Individual Player Sponsors receive:
