Insects Collection

The insect collection is relatively small and lacks a catalog, but the excellent Lucien Harris, Jr. Lepidoptera collection, which was the basis for the Butterflies of Georgia, is housed at Tall Timbers. It has been documented to have 125 species and 988 specimens. The specimen catalog has not been computerized.
