In addition to the 4,000-acre grounds of the research station, Tall Timbers is fortunate to have research access to an exceptional property – the Wade Tract Preserve. The Wade Tract Preserve in Thomas County, Georgia is a 200-acre conservation easement that provides a snapshot of a natural ecosystem as it existed 300 years ago.
